1. Made-to-Order Promise
Every BrickFig is designed exclusively for you. Because each figure is personalised, we cannot restock or resell returned items. Our policy therefore centres on the brief design-approval stage that occurs before production and shipping.
2. Design Preview & Cancellation Window

| No response within 48 hours | — | Design is auto-approved and proceeds to production; no further refunds or returns. |
3. After Approval — No Returns or Refunds
Once a design is approved (explicitly or by the 48-hour lapse), the sale is final:

No returns or exchanges — each BrickFig is unique to the approved artwork.

No full refunds — materials and labour are committed immediately after approval.
4. Damaged, Lost, or Production-Defect Cases (Evaluated Individually)
We insure every shipment and stand behind our craftsmanship.

Report within 7 days – Email photos of any damage, or tell us if the tracking shows no movement for 10 days (Express) or 20 days (Standard).

Individual review – Each claim is assessed on its own merits. We may, at our sole discretion, remake and resend your BrickFig, issue a partial refund, or offer another reasonable resolution.

Decision notice – You will receive our decision by email within 5 business days of your claim submission.
5. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Orders returned to us owing to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a refund. We can reship once you cover the cost of a new shipping label.
