Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Design Approval

  1. Custom Design Window – Every BrickFig is hand-designed.
    • We need 2–3 business days after your payment clears to create your digital BrickFig mock-up.
    • A preview image will be emailed to the address used at checkout.

  2. Your Approval Matters
    Like it? Reply “Approved” and we’ll move straight to production and shipping.
    Not a fan? Reply “Decline” within 48 hours and we’ll cancel the order and refund 50 % of the amount you paid.
    • If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours, the design is considered approved and your order will ship automatically.

Important: Once a design is approved (explicitly or by lapse of the 48-hour window) it is final. Because each BrickFig is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer further refunds after approval.


2. Fulfilment Times

3. Shipping Options

Express FedEx® 3–7 business days
Standard DHL® 10–15 business days

*Transit times begin after the dispatch confirmation is issued. Delivery estimates exclude weekends, public holidays, and any customs delays.


4. Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed once your parcel leaves our workshop. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to activate the tracking information.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur customs or import fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We cannot mark orders as gifts.


6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t reroute packages once they’re in transit. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, new shipping charges will apply.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

We insure every shipment. If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it lost, contact us at brickittco@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or the last tracking update) so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.


8. No-Return Policy

Because every BrickFig is custom-crafted to your approved design, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
