What details can be created?

We try our best to create brickfigure as accurately as possible, however we have limitations of parts and features. So it is not possible for us to create a perfect copy.

 How long does it take to deliver?

We need around 2-3 days to design the brickfigure for you, once you confirm it, then we will manufacture it which takes us around 3 days to make. And then to shop we need 7-14 business days for standard shipping.

How to take care of the brickfigure?

You can take a gentle cloth and dust it occasionally. This will make sure the colors look vibrant and dust does not accumulate.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, since this is a custom order we can not offer return or refunds. We can not resell it once it has been manufactured, however if you cancel after the design step then we can offer 50% refund.
